Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a customer service-oriented individual with a genuine interest in guiding clients through the most important purchasing decision of their lives, while working alongside a team focused on the same.
Extensive new home construction knowledge isn’t required, but understanding the importance of product knowledge and the desire to achieve it is.
Required traits include; an outgoing and engaging personality, an attention to detail, an ability to navigate and utilize various social media platforms, and a general proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
This position is based in a beautiful new show home in Lethbridge and requires a valid driver’s license with your own transportation. Compensation can be either solely commission-based or a combination of base wage and commission.
