Job Description:

The Sales Host is the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting the sales centre. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, informative, and professional customer experience while supporting the sales team in showcasing new home communities and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all visitors to the sales centre in a friendly and professional manner
• Engage with guests to understand their needs, timeline, and home-buying preferences
• Register and qualify visitors, accurately capturing contact information and details
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the sales centre and show homes
• Support Sales Representatives with client flow and daily operations
• Monitor visitor traffic and ensure adherence to safety and company procedures
• Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, promotions, and community updates

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays (typical peak sales times)
• Interest in real estate or home building is an asset
