Job Description:
The Sales Host is the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting the sales centre. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, informative, and professional customer experience while supporting the sales team in showcasing new home communities and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the sales centre in a friendly and professional manner
- Engage with guests to understand their needs, timeline, and home-buying preferences
- Register and qualify visitors, accurately capturing contact information and details
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the sales centre and show homes
- Support Sales Representatives with client flow and daily operations
- Monitor visitor traffic and ensure adherence to safety and company procedures
- Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, promotions, and community updates
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays (typical peak sales times)
- Interest in real estate or home building is an asset
